  1. Coordinating recruitment processes, from initial contact to employment contracts.
  2. Providing support with finance and logistics tasks.
  3. Preparing and formatting documents for tenders and contracts, including CVs, technical documents, and references.
  4. Overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is also essential. A positive and constructive attitude is necessary to thrive in this dynamic role.
