We are seeking a skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team at PAUSEAWAY (R). This role is responsible for ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience by meeting their requests and addressing any complaints.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day Front Office operations, including reviewing arrivals, room allocations, and ensuring special requests are fulfilled.
- Work effectively with other departments and outside suppliers to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
- Manage guests' requests and answer their inquiries promptly.
- Address any complaints and escalate matters if necessary, following up on corrective actions.
- Keep all related departments and personnel informed about daily schedules, expectations, and requests.
- Introduce PAUSEAWAY and its facilities to guests, establishing friendly relationships.
- Pick up sales calls and answer prospect guests' inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience in a similar position is highly valued.
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry or with lifestyle brands is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems.
- A creative problem-solver with strong organizational abilities is required.
- Must understand the company concept and align with our vision.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
