About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our cost and commercial team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects from pre-contract to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-contract Quantity Surveying: Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including Bills of Quantities and cost estimates.
  2. Cost Management: Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement cost management strategies, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  3. Supporting Project Management & Tendering: Provide support to project managers during the tendering process, including the preparation of tender submissions and bid evaluations.
  4. Estimating and Billing: Prepare estimates of variation work and ensure accurate billing and payment processes.
  5. Conceptual Design Support: Assist in the development of conceptual designs, including the preparation of cost estimates and feasibility studies.
  6. Liaison with Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other professional bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
  7. Quality, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures, including site working as part of the training experience.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Related Field: Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Relevant Work Experience: Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
  3. Drive and Self-Motivation: Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to achieve chartered status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  4. Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  5. Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
  6. BIM Knowledge: Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its application is an advantage.
  7. Saudi National: Be a Saudi national.
