Job Overview:

HR2O is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to drive business growth and efficiency in our online automotive marketplace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic operational plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Operational Strategies: Collaborate with the COO to design and implement tailored operational strategies that optimize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction in the online automotive market.
  2. Lead and Manage Operations Teams: Oversee the inspection, logistics, warehouse, photography, and content departments, ensuring seamless execution of operational processes and high-quality customer experiences.
  3. Resource Allocation and Capacity Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring optimal asset and personnel utilization in automotive operations.
  4. Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  5. Inventory Management and Logistics: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes within the automotive sector.
  6. Operational Cost Management: Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  7. Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold industry standards and regulatory requirements in automotive operations.
  8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate operational performance.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for automotive operations, utilizing data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
  10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure business continuity in the automotive sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

7 years of experience in senior operational roles, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in the automotive industry.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and efficiency improvements within complex organizations.

Comprehensive understanding of automotive industry dynamics, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and budget management, with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving results.
