Job Description

Zajil Express is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  2. Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  3. Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, creative, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.
  7. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and strategy development.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Tools and Software: Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Marketo, as well as social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
  5. Language: Native Arabic, advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
