Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect of Record, with a significant focus on project supervision in building construction.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, thorough understanding of building construction, materials, and construction methodologies.
