**Account Growth Expert Opportunity**

Join Masterworks Company as an Account Growth Expert and take on the challenge of driving revenue growth and overseeing client relationships. This role involves managing key accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities to deliver innovative IT solutions aligned with client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with assigned clients through effective communication and solution delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals, monitor account performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent Masterworks at industry events, meetings, and conferences to promote business growth and development.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
