Accounts Supervisor - Payable Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Supervisor - Payable to join our team at Dar Rayhaan by Rotana. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective management of our payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify and reconcile all invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Control and manage long outstanding LPOs, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial risks.
  3. Tally and reconcile total invoice amounts with outstanding payable balances, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  4. Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  5. Ensure that all internal expense reports are approved and processed in a timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payable transactions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in hotel management or accounting.
  2. At least one year of experience in a hotel environment.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
