We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and supporting HR-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire payroll processing cycle, from start to finish.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support HR-related functions, such as benefits administration and recruitment.
  • Resolve complex payroll queries and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

You will also have opportunities to develop your career and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in French Payroll processes and systems.
  • Excellent English and French language skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of controllership and statutory compliance, including tax, labor code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations, RSUs, and expatriate payroll.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
