Talent Acquisition and Cost Management

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Cost Management professional to join our team at Alfanar Projects.

  • Evaluate project requirements and estimate labor, material, and time costs for various construction projects.
  • Develop and submit successful tender bids for commercial, residential, infrastructure, industrial, and hospital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate tender documents, including SOWs, specifications, drawings, BOQs, design criteria, and contract documents.
  • Prepare and submit pre-bid clarifications to clients and send RFQs with supporting documents to suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations and proposals, negotiate prices, and ensure all tender requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in a similar position and field with reputable contracting companies in KSA/GCC.
  • Previous tender experience in towers, hotels, resorts, stadiums, data centers, housing, malls, hospitals, MEP-Infra, and universities.
  • Technical knowledge and estimation experience in MV/LV Electrical Systems and Low Current Systems, including Medium Voltage Works, Low Voltage Works, and ELV works.

Working Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
