Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Document Controller Manager to join our Residential Business Unit and lead our document management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective document control processes
- Lead and manage the document control team
- Manage and track project documents
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely distribution and availability of documentation
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes and implement improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in document control or records management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in the real estate or construction industry in the Middle East
- Proven experience in developing and implementing document control processes
- Strong knowledge of document management standards and best practices
