Documentation Coordinator

JASARA Program Management Company seeks a highly skilled Technical Libraries Technician to join their team. This role involves managing and organizing technical documentation and records critical to projects.
- Administrators of as-built information including BIM / GIS Models and documents
- Manage requests from project teams who require access to as-built records
- Provide project teams with source records for design and construction projects
The successful candidate will support the Technical Libraries Manager in ensuring that all technical material is well-organized, maintained, and accessible to project teams and stakeholders. This position is essential to streamlining the information flow and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Libraries Technician will be responsible for:
- Administering as-built information, including BIM/GIS models and documents
- Managing requests from project teams for access to as-built records
- Providing project teams with source records for design and construction projects
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Engineering or Business-related degree. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in performing analytical and technical tasks related to library services in the construction environment.
