We are looking for an experienced tutor/governess to provide top-notch care and education to two lovely girls, aged 10 and 7 years, living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the primary caregiver, you will be responsible for their overall well-being, academic growth, and social development.
The family's existing support team handles household chores, allowing the tutor to concentrate on creating engaging experiences for the girls.
About the Role:
- Design and implement personalized educational plans that cater to the girls' unique needs and interests.
- Encourage the girls to think creatively and explore innovative solutions.
- Maintain a secure and motivating environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
- Nurture strong relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a tutor/governess or in a similar role.
- Outstanding English language skills (C2 level) and proficient in French (C2 level).
- A teaching background or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- A firm yet gentle approach, with the ability to set boundaries and promote positive behavior.
- Flexibility, energy, cooperation, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Job Details:
- Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- Salary: £1,200 per week.
- Accommodation: Separate room and bathroom provided.
- Basis: Sole and shared charge.
- Traveling: Yes - primarily in Europe.
