Practical Information:

Locations: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Team Size: 10 | Reports to Country Sales Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Saudi Arabia | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Further to our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Private Sector Account Manager to be accountable for building and nurturing C-level relationships in the Saudi Arabia region. Hence you will identify and qualify opportunities for revenue growth and services.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Cooperate with sales resources, such as account teams, ISVs, TSM, and SCA, to build account plans aligned with relevant stakeholders and understand our product and service portfolios.
  • Prioritize building relationships and engaging in open dialogues to identify and address customers' needs, utilizing solution-focused and consultative selling approaches.
  • Prioritize the establishment of trust to support the success of our customers.
  • Participate in various central steps and methods of sales closing processes and techniques, including qualifying leads and potentials, development of BID strategies, sales pitch, and demonstrations. This also includes sales presentations, cooperation with stakeholders, proposal creation, objection handling, negotiation, and pricing.

Your Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 7 years of experience in solutions selling with a focus on licensing (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, VMware).
  • Understanding of cloud services: Azure, AWS, GCP, as well as Data and AI.
  • Proven experience within the private sector.

  • Results-oriented with a strong customer-centric and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Efficient communication and negotiation skills, capable of dealing at all levels, from technical to CXO.
  • With your strong organizational skills, you understand the "Big Picture" to translate complex business needs into business solutions.
