Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our growth strategy, focusing on enhancing our presence and securing strategic projects in the engineering and infrastructure sectors.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the transportation sector. They will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand Asterix Communications' footprint in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for client and stakeholder management for ongoing projects.
  2. Identify and assess business opportunities in the engineering and transportation sector.
  3. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and clients.
  5. Lead the proposal development process, including bid preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and service offerings tailored to client needs.
  7. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience.
  3. Proven track record of success in business development within engineering or transportation sector.
  4. Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's transportation industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  8. Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
  9. Being a Saudi citizen is a plus.
  10. EPC network experience is a bonus.
