The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. This role ensures a positive candidate experience and collaborates with the Division Manager to meet workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management:
- Implementation of HR policies, regulations, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Implementing talent acquisition plans and strategies designed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring timely and effective vacancies filling.
- Creating and maintaining a bank of potential candidates through proactive research and ensuring continuity of relationships.
- Effectively managing the recruitment portal to provide access to a rich database of potential candidates.
- Implementing creative strategies to attract highly qualified candidates, especially for difficult roles.
- Coordinating and participating in the interview process to ensure candidates match required job competencies and integrate into the organizational culture.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 years or more of relevant experience in Human Resources, including experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the system used.
- Previous experience in the government sector or regulatory bodies is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
