Drive Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Order Management
As a Digital Operations Associate at Chalhoub Group, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the order journey. You will work closely with the Omni-Channel Operations Lead to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve any issues faced throughout the order journey, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Omni-Channel Operations Lead in ensuring smooth customer journeys across all channels.
- Aid in communicating changes in processes to service providers and third parties to minimize disruptions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail field.
- Excellent communication skills.
