As a Sales Executive in our Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain good rapport and working relationships with staff in all departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the hotel.

Main Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety, hygiene, and health protocols.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, departmental training sessions, and other activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.
  • Perform various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors, including handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Assist in providing electrical repair and maintenance services, inspecting fire sprinkler systems, and performing related duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
