Your New Role:
  1. Ensure assigned projects are being completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectives.
  2. Lead the project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and are meeting client expectations.
  3. Ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes by effectively delivering project objectives.
  4. Manage the project team including project managers, construction managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and administrative support.
  5. Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of project.
  6. Provide support to the Project Managers to facilitate delivery of the project and its construction.
  7. Responsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the project.
  8. Lead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
  9. Ensure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated.
We're Looking for:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Certified Project Management Professional status or membership in an equivalent institution.
  • Experience in delivering fully coordinated, multi-disciplinary PMC projects.
  • 15+ years' experience in delivering large-scale Project Management and Construction Management programs.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering fully coordinated Project Management and Construction Management projects.
  • Experience in delivering large and complex theme park PMC projects.
  • Worked for an international consultancy for around 15-20 years with over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
  • The ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with Project Management and Construction Management projects.
