Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Development Director to join our dynamic team at Rawaj HCM Jobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive long-term growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve long-term goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities in the construction industry.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and ventures to drive growth and expansion.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Negotiations and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts for new projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Transformation Projects: Lead transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive organizational change.
  • Market Expansion: Expand into new markets within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Positioning: Analyze market trends and competitors to position the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Culture and Innovation: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Networking: Communicate the company's vision, strategy, and goals to internal and external audiences.
  • Industry Network: Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to enhance business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business development, strategy, and transformation within the construction industry.
  • Certifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives and transformation projects. Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC construction market. Experience in managing turnaround projects in the construction industry highly preferred. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams through significant changes. Excellent communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written forms. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to devise effective transformation strategies. Deep understanding of change management principles and their application. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle contracts and agreements. Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with corporate governance.
