Job Summary

Wood Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for producing engineering deliverables, performing conventional engineering tasks, and solving problems using standard methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process designs, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion and coordination.
  • Conduct research and testing to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Design and modify process components, and determine the intent of specifications and instructions.
  • Make recommendations on material acceptability and work completed by contractors.
  • Participate in design reviews and note-taking.
  • Review vendor documents and establish effective working relationships.
  • Engage with the inter-discipline community and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Build relationships with internal customers and consult with local and divisional sources as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas.
  • Basic knowledge of developing H&MB, PFD's, P&ID's, MSD's.
  • Ability to perform hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing.
  • Basic knowledge in relief and blowdown calculations.
  • Ability to develop process simulation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
