Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at DP World. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch's geographical reach by implementing company commercial strategies and products with the aim of accelerating growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Book of Business (BOB): Ensure constant growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
  2. Grow BCO Composition: Grant constant growth of the BCO composition of the BOB by hunting for new business opportunities and farming existing ones.
  3. Market Analysis and Research: Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Liaise with Branch Operations: Liaise with Branch Operations to ensure proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are customized around client needs.
  5. Client Support: Assist BOB clients in their day-to-day requests related to export/import quotations/negotiations to ensure proper opportunity closing.
  6. Network and Partner Liaison: Liaise with internal Network and external Partner Agents to guarantee the best possible service assistance to working opportunities.
  7. CRM Management: Work with the CRM system to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity that will be the base for Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated about local regulations, industry, new practices, and any enhancements to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
  2. Freight Forwarding Experience: Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
Skills
  1. Freight Forwarding Knowledge: Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
  2. Execution Sales Skills: Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow, and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
  3. Agile Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
  4. Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  5. Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors.
  6. Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Additional languages are a bonus, but not a must.
  7. Valid KSA Driving License: Valid KSA Driving License is Mandatory.
