We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at DP World. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch's geographical reach by implementing company commercial strategies and products with the aim of accelerating growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Book of Business (BOB): Ensure constant growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
- Grow BCO Composition: Grant constant growth of the BCO composition of the BOB by hunting for new business opportunities and farming existing ones.
- Market Analysis and Research: Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Liaise with Branch Operations: Liaise with Branch Operations to ensure proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are customized around client needs.
- Client Support: Assist BOB clients in their day-to-day requests related to export/import quotations/negotiations to ensure proper opportunity closing.
- Network and Partner Liaison: Liaise with internal Network and external Partner Agents to guarantee the best possible service assistance to working opportunities.
- CRM Management: Work with the CRM system to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity that will be the base for Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated about local regulations, industry, new practices, and any enhancements to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Freight Forwarding Experience: Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Freight Forwarding Knowledge: Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Execution Sales Skills: Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow, and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.
- Agile Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Additional languages are a bonus, but not a must.
- Valid KSA Driving License: Valid KSA Driving License is Mandatory.
