Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at IKEA Suleiman. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and improving our Safety Management System and Security Management System.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the physical security of our store is maintained to its optimum level at all times. This includes validating and signing off cyclic inventories, investigating and reporting any loss or discrepancies in inventory counts, and ensuring all Loss Prevention security systems are functioning effectively.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support the Store Safety & Security Manager in implementing effective response measures and actions after a security or safety incident has taken place. You will conduct random spot checks on cashiers through CCTV, observations, and till checks, and monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera equipment.
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned. A successful candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment or related roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
