Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accreditation Supervisor to join our team at Dimensions Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accreditation center, ensuring compliance with accreditation processes and protocols, and providing daily reports on accreditation progress and challenges.



Key Responsibilities

The Accreditation Supervisor will be responsible for:

  1. Accreditation Process Management: Ensure that all accreditation processes are carried out in accordance with accreditation protocols, and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to coordinators, receptionists, and officers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
  3. Incident Reporting: Prepare reports for all incidents and submit them to the Saudi Motorsport Accreditation Sr. Manager.
  4. Patron Support: Handle patron concerns and problems, working closely with the Ticketing, Security, and HSE crew to resolve any issues.
  5. Facility Awareness: Ensure accreditation supervisors are fully aware of the venue facility, including zoning and sub-zoning.
  6. Contingency Planning: Maintain extensive knowledge of all accreditation system contingency plans, emergency, and evacuation procedures.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
