About the Role:

Lebara Mobile KSA is seeking a Sales and Field Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising retail and direct sales teams, ensuring that sales targets are met and providing operational support to improve overall performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits to ensure staff attendance, measure P&S awareness levels, and perform TMM refresh.
  • Location Evaluation: Identify new locations for targeted customers and work with partners to acquire them.
  • Daily Feedback: Provide daily market feedback related to operational activities carried out by partners or competitors.
  • Sales Reporting: Send hourly SMS updates to partners on daily registration progress.
  • New User Management: Handle requests related to new users and new recruits from partners.
  • Training: Conduct refresh training for sales agents based on business needs or new product/service launches.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints, ensuring proper issue resolution and timely ticket closure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

This role requires strong analytical skills to assess market performance and sales data, as well as basic computer operation skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
