We are seeking a skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical training, education, and ongoing support to nephrologists and dialysis staff on the use and application of our acute and chronic dialysis products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Technical and Clinical Training: Provide technical and clinical training, education, and ongoing support to certify nephrologists and dialysis staff on the use and application of acute and chronic dialysis products.
  • Clinical Application Support: Provide on-site and/or remote clinical application support to customers by providing scientific, technical information in response to on- and off-label inquiries regarding the use of Fresenius medical devices.
  • Site Visit Documentation: Document each site visit clearly and accurately within 24 hours of completion, submitting reports to management via a standardized reporting mechanism.
  • Adverse Event Reporting: Identify and report all adverse events and device deficiencies to Medical Safety per company protocol.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze reports requiring root cause analysis and request feedback/input from physicians as needed, providing constant feedback to Research & Development via an approved communication plan on clinical performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Business process management skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data entry and processing skills.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Information analysis skills.
  • English fluency.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Travel flexibility.
