Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Head of Workspace, responsible for all aspects of workplace planning and management. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a workplace strategy, implement it across multiple locations, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive workplace strategy, incorporating insights from stakeholders and aligning it with QIC's organizational goals.
- He/she will oversee day-to-day workplace operations, including property and facilities management, ensuring high standards of functionality and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, as the incumbent will serve as the central point of contact for workplace-related matters, working closely with HR, facilities management, CDU, Office BU Lead, and individual project teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in workspace strategy and corporate facilities management. Proven success in leading large-scale workspace transformation projects, combined with expertise in standardizing workplace environments and ensuring consistency in user experience across diverse geographies, is essential for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Developing workplace strategies to inform Client Briefs in the development of leading workplaces.
- Managing budgets, developing strategic plans, and overseeing facility operations.
- Familiarity with workplace technologies and their implementation process.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change across the organization.
