Our client is looking for a strong Presales Director in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of services within the market across the Kingdom. You will work closely with the sector leaders to drive the orchestration and close of large deals within the relevant market sectors. These deals may span multiple technology domains including Cloud strategy & operating model transformation, Application Modernisation, Platform Engineering, Data & AI, End User Experience/Digital Workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. Must be able to articulate the company's capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Manage a team of Presales Managers and Presales Solution Consultants who support the field sales teams, helping them to drive adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Understand client's business requirements and develop propositions to support those goals working with Industry and Account teams.
  • Be the industry thought leader representing solutions to the market.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop and complete go-to-market strategies.
  • Empower and coach team to uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges and insights, enterprise architecture, and product roadmap presentations.
  • Drive excellence in knowledge, engagement and interactions inter-team, with customers and our field.
  • Provide subject matter mentoring and training to the team.
  • Oversee the impact and creation of product demo functionality, customer engagements and proof of concepts.
  • Partner with product management to address product developments, releases and functionality.
  • Support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc and participate in speaking engagements to provide point of view on industry solutions.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understand market differentiators between the company and its competitors across the team.
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
  • Provide voice-of-the-business internal to driving market strategy and competitive take outs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of pre-sales experience preferably within a SaaS & tech organization.
  • Ideally 3-4 years of management experience preferably within a SaaS organization.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and recruiting technology.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing, high-potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing.
  • Proven track record successfully collaborating with various departments to inspire alignment and execution.
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship building.
  • Experience supporting and selling to enterprise customers.
  • Technically adept, experienced with web technologies.
  • Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators.
