Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Architecture Manager to lead our technical group or department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments, and maintaining liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
  • Have full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
  • Plan and develop engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems, involving exploration of subject area, definition of scope, and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.
  • Manage a group of architects and/or designers, coordinating activities of the unit.
  • Work independently on technical matters pertaining to the field, with minimal supervision.

  • Extensive progressive experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Multi-disciplinary knowledge of architecture.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
