We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director - Architectural Engineering to join our team at Case In Point. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Review architectural work plans and timelines, proposing recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor key milestones and alignment with design and safety standards, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
  • Risk Management: Assess progress, report any delays, and suggest adjustments to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Compliance and Quality: Review project plans, focusing on compliance with architectural specifications and standards, and ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Review, assess, and track all approved registers on a regular basis with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are updated, address identified concerns, and support effective risk and issue management and resolution.
  • Cost Management: Propose mitigation measures and/or corrective actions related to cost overruns, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Client Communication: Conduct meetings with the client to review progress and address key concerns, ensuring that the client is informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Critical Issue Escalation: Escalate critical issues as needed, ensuring that the project remains on track and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure that documentation is complete and the knowledge management library is maintained and up to date, providing a valuable resource for future projects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in architectural project management with a focus on strategic oversight.
  • Skills: Strong review, communication, and advisory skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
