Average of 5 -10 years experience implementing Verint software, or similar technology systems, in the Customer Engagement sector. Background in enterprise software applications. Clear understanding and experience of administering Microsoft Windows, SQL and Linux environments. Proficient in installing the Verint product suite as well as configuring specific integrations and MI reporting to meet customer business needs. Ability to input into the technical planning of the project as well as producing clear, thorough documentation about the final technical solution to hand over to the relevant Support organization. Experience in delivering single site, single product solutions to multi-site, multi product Enterprise programmers of work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, configure, and deploy Verint software solutions to meet client requirements.
  2. Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of Verint software to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their business needs.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Verint software.
  7. Stay up-to-date with Verint software updates and new releases to ensure expertise and knowledge.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with expertise in Verint software.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Verint software and its modules.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  7. Verint certification is a plus.
