Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reception Agent to join our team at Mercure Hotels. As a Reception Agent, you will create lasting memories for our guests by delivering personalized service from check-in to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Process check-ins, respond to requests, and settle accounts efficiently
  • Take initiative to enhance guest stays through up-selling and personalized services
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields, preferably with Opera or similar systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
