Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Manage the entire event planning process, from initial client consultation to post-event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Concept Development: Develop creative and innovative event concepts that align with client objectives and budget constraints, showcasing Raffles' signature style and luxury.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Handle event inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
