AWS Data Center Hardware Specialist

As a Data Center Technician with AWS, you will be working with complex technical systems and must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
• Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Must be a Saudi Arabian citizen
