Job Summary

Dmar General Contracting & Development Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for proposal preparation of development projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex projects, developing bid plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing bid plans, including strategy, resources, program, budget, cost estimation, role allocation, bid deliverables, and responsibility matrix.
  • Collaborating with technical advisors on bid design and engineering, technical deliverables, EPC, and FM/O&M strategies, BoQs, specifications, and costing inputs.
  • Working with financial advisors on financial model inputs, including EPC, O&M, life cycle, residual value, and other sensitivities.
  • Reviewing and commenting on pricing information and supporting documents, such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, unit price build-ups, and quantity.
  • EPC and O&M/FM contracts review and finalization. Identifying various risks and preparing a risk register. Resolving contractual and commercial issues.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
