About The Position

As a Medical Surgical Nurse 3 at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing advanced-level nursing care in the assigned nursing unit. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality nursing care services, focusing on complex cases, and supporting operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Mentor junior nurses, promoting their growth and development, and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience including 2 years in Medical/Surgical Care or related field.

Languages: English: Fully Proficient; Arabic: Preferred.
