Job Description

Rayah Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and screening incoming calls and emails, determining priorities, and performing project-based work as assigned. You will also be working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of our team. You should have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and Not for Profit industry. Additionally, you should possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be a strong networker & relationship builder. As a team player, you should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
