Hotel Sales Strategist

About the Role: As a Hotel Sales Strategist, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive incremental occupancy, increase average rates, and boost volume sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

You'll spend most of your time analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing sales plans that drive measurable outcomes. You'll also be responsible for producing and reviewing quarterly reports to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.

What We Need from You:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
  2. Four or more years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, including direct supervisory experience over a sales team
  3. Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends required
  4. Must speak local language(s)
  5. Other languages preferred
