This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your technical and professional expertise on major projects that will have a tangible impact on the infrastructure in your community.", "h2": "Key Responsibilities:", "ol": [{"li": "Review requirements associated with PMC role to provide design reviews."}, {"li": "Work in close coordination with the Lead Designer and/or Design Director and others to lead and direct the efficient, professional analysis, synthesis, and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives to establish, communicate, and sell the design vision for landscape architectural design projects."}, {"li": "Supervise the preparation, design, and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports."}, {"li": "Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality."}, {"li": "Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines, and quantity surveyors."}, {"li": "Plan, program, and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning."}, {"li": "Provide high-level liaison with Clients and Client's representatives."}, {"li": "Ensure quality and timely delivery of design review deliverables in accordance with the agreed schedule and plan."}, {"li": "Participate in technical reviews and progress reporting and liaising with internal clients. Provide update reports to the Design Review Manager or project manager and clients when requested."}, {"li": "Ensure Design Review deliverables are coordinated and the timely submission of submittals, deliverables, reviews, and approvals against contract requirements."}, {"li": "Report to the Project Director or designated leader advice on any deviations from the same."}, {"li": "Adhere to Health and Safety and Quality measures and associated policies. Provide design advice, reports, and liaise with all internal departments as required.
