Job Description: As a Service Operations Specialist at HelloApp, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational needs of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operational Support: Assist in ensuring the efficient onboarding of service providers, accurate data entry, and timely resolution of adjustment tickets.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform tasks accurately and efficiently to support operational processes.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve adjustment tickets promptly, documenting all interactions with the Back Office Team Leader.
- Performance Analysis: Support the Back Office Team Leader in monitoring and reporting on service provider performance.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process enhancements, promoting service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Critical Issue Escalation: Follow up as directed by the Team Leader, addressing and resolving concerns with relevant teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a back office or administrative support role is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and data entry skills, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and basic regulatory compliance is advantageous.
