**Role Overview**

As an Office Support Specialist at Al Tamimi & Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing the phone switchboard, receiving and directing telephone messages, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing administrative support.
