About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the MEP team, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge and experience of global innovation in the latest construction methods and materials to meet the client's sustainability targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Health and Safety: Develop, implement, and manage health and safety strategies to ensure a safe and healthy environment across the project.
  • Project Planning and Control: Contribute to the establishment of the project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents as required.
  • Team Management: Direct and supervise a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Commercial Management: Collaborate with the commercial teams to ensure the submission of monthly invoices by the contractors, develop and update the project cash flow forecast, and prepare estimates for variations.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: A relevant degree qualification and chartership or pursuing a similar level of professional qualifications.
  • Experience: Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Extensive MEP construction experience, working experience in the MEA region, and influential skills - experience in leading or senior roles on major construction projects.
