Job Details

SAB is seeking a Senior Manager Payment Operations to manage non-STP payments, investigate cases, and develop team members. This role offers opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on reducing manual payments and improving automation.

The ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience, preferably 4 years in a relevant role, and be proficient in written and spoken English. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a master's degree, is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Payment Operations: Process all Non-STP Payments prior to the relevant cut-off time, make timely referrals for all Non-STP Transactions.
  • Cases and Investigations: Investigate and respond to cases raised through CRM and branches within 48 hours.
  • Team Development: Develop and support the team in their learning journey, ensure knowledge transfer and career progression.
