We are seeking an experienced Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and daily delivery plans, monitoring stock levels, and determining maximum and minimum inventory levels across all sales depots and showrooms.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Prepare monthly and daily delivery plans for RM/PM, Co-packed SKUs, and Consumable Materials.
  • Monitor stock levels in all depots and showrooms.
  • Determine maximum and minimum inventory levels in all sales depots and showrooms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with local suppliers for monthly/weekly call-offs.
  • Track actual consumption vs. planned inventory materials.
  • Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with co-pack suppliers.
  • Generate reports on FG Stock, MRP, Consumable, Weekly Co Pack, and RM/PM Aging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on initiatives such as phase-in/phase-out.
  • Maintain FG Master Data for both Active and Non-Active SKUs.
  • Communicate with the Demand Team and Supply Planning Team regarding RM/PM requirements.
  • Monitor supplier compliance between planned and actual deliveries.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MRP, inventory planning, or supply chain management (FMCG or retail).
  • Strong knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience managing material planning and production schedules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
