Job Description
Financial and Accounting Management- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare client invoices and ensure timely debt collection.
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare annual Financial Statements.
- Manage relationships with third parties, including clients, suppliers, tax authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting in compliance with Group instructions.
- Analyze variances to monitor performance against the budget and previous year.
- Monitor project financial analysis and project margin.
- Support business decisions with financial insights, collaborating closely with the technical department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative database, including company documents and HR contracts.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with administrative authorities, including tax authorities, social security, labor inspectors, and other government agencies.
- Collaborate with the Country Director to ensure compliance across governmental platforms and agencies in Riyadh.
- Draft employment contracts and manage relationships with employment agencies.
- Manage and follow-up on visas and Iqamas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage consultants' stays, including transportation, accommodation, communication, and business cards.
- Purchase and manage office supplies.
- Ensure ownership and maintenance of office equipment, electrical tools, and electronic devices.
- Purchase flight tickets.
- Manage fleet vehicles and/or rent transport equipment.
- Perform any additional tasks related to the position, implementing necessary tools to ensure reliable data transmission.
