  • Implementing resource tracking mechanisms during response and recovery activities for all crisis scenarios.
  • Monitoring knowledge gathering operations and tracking sources on the emergency information dashboard, proactive analysis of crisis indicators, and early warnings.
  • Evaluating the Emergency and Crisis Management Center's performance during readiness, response, and recovery phases.
  • Coordinating various operations and monitoring the situation throughout the full crisis and emergency management lifecycle.
