  • Manage the client audit interface, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with project procurement and subcontracts functions to report on commitment amounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports, including project cash flow, and present findings to the Project Management Team.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Cost Controls to prepare project cost reporting and review project profit estimates.
  • Review commercial sections of major purchase orders and subcontracts for compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure that all activities involving foreign currency are hedged in accordance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with other departments on project-related financial matters, maintaining a strong interface throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and analyze costs charged to the Project, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Identify and assess project-related business risks, recommending mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Manage accounts payable processing for the Project, ensuring timely and accurate payment.

Requirements:

  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in financial management, preferably in the oil and gas, EPCI, or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting required, with relevant certification such as Chartered Accountant, ACCA, CPA, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP environment, with ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
