Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brokerage to lead our brokerage efforts in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our brokerage strategy, managing relationships with regulatory bodies, and collaborating with our product team to enhance our brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brokerage strategy for Saudi Arabia
  • Manage relationships with Tadawul and the Capital Market Authority (CMA)
  • Assess and resolve complex issues and situations
  • Stay up-to-date with market practices and regulations
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve brokerage services
  • Work closely with our leadership to craft and implement the brokerage strategy for Saudi Arabia
Requirements
  • Certification in CME3A & CME3B or willingness to obtain
  • Strong agency, self-motivation, and sense of ownership
  • Working knowledge of the Saudi brokerage ecosystem
  • Operational experience in the brokerage value chain
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to excel under pressure with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in budgeting and business planning
  • Uncompromising integrity and strong dedication to professionalism
