Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team at Control Risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation of the Program Master Schedule Baseline and coordinating with the program team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Planning and Scheduling: Take the lead in preparing the Program Master Schedule Baseline in coordination with the program team.
  2. Progress Updates: Collect and update the required information for the Program Master Schedule and provide progress update inputs to the reporting team.
  3. Resource Planning: Plan for program resources and attend weekly and monthly progress meetings.
  4. Client Support: Support the client in ad-hoc tasks and provide inputs to executive dashboards, committees meetings, and board meetings.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum ten years of proven professional experience in planning and controlling large multidisciplinary complex infrastructure and master plans construction programs and projects.
  2. Location: Must have previous experience working in KSA or GCC.
  3. Technical Skills: Previous experience in establishing Primavera P6 EPPM platform will be highly considered.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Must hold a B.Sc. in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
  2. Technical Skills: Advanced level in using Primavera P6 tool is a must.
  3. Additional Skills: Previous experience in theme parks development and delivery is an advantage, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
