Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Oversee end-to-end execution of training projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of training initiatives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to align project strategies with business objectives.
